NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. EACH ENTRY WILL HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Individuals who participate in the Sweepstakes or submit an entry are sometimes referred to herein as an “Entrant.”

Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 9am PT and ends Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm PT (“Sweepstakes Period”), and is comprised of the following two (2) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”):

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, all Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of prize drawing and be a legal resident of California. Patelco employees, officials, directors, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry. One for Patelco members and one for non-members. Eligible Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes using the following methods:

1. Automatic entry: Receive one (1) entry during each Entry Period by having an eligible Patelco product category: Auto, Certificate, Checking, Credit Card, Equity Loan, Equity Line of Credit, Money Market, Mortgage, Personal Loan, Retirement IRA Certificate, Savings and eStatement. Must also have an active primary Patelco membership with accounts in good standing (e.g. not dormant, negative shares, or delinquent loans). A joint account holder will not receive an entry.

   Examples of Patelco members automatic entries:

   Joe Smith will receive 6 automatic entries

2. 2) Alternate method of entry: All other eligible non-Patelco members may enter and receive a maximum of one (1) entry during each Entry Period by completing an online form at https://www.patelco.org/campaign/90/entry that includes their name, address (including ZIP code), telephone number (including area code), e-mail address, date of birth

Patelco is not responsible for incomplete or illegible entries or entries received after either drawing deadline. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Patelco and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Patelco is not responsible for late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address linked to the applicable entry. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Patelco is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Patelco on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or any combination thereof.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Patelco reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Patelco reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of such termination date. Patelco further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Patelco may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other Entrants.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.

Drawing: For each Entry Period, there will be two drawings.

First Drawing Entry Deadline: To be eligible, all entries including existing and new accounts, and online entries must be submitted before 11:59 pm PT, Saturday, October 31, 2026. Second Drawing Entry Deadline: To be eligible, all entries including existing and new accounts, and online entries must be submitted before 11:59 pm PT, Monday, November 30, 2026.

Number of Winners

Entry period 1:

• One drawing of 450 winners for $90 to be deposited into share savings account

Entry period 2:

• One drawing of 450 winners for $90 to be deposited into share savings account
• One drawing for $9,000 grand prize winner. Grand prize winner will be notified by phone and email.

Prize: Each of the nine hundred (900) randomly selected winners will receive $90 automatically deposited into their share savings account. We will notify the winners by email to let them know the $90 is credited to their account.

The $9,000 Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and email. To accept the prize, the winner must agree to meet with a Patelco Certified Financial Specialist and also participate in an interview and related publicity activities, including the use of their name, likeness, and story in promotional materials. The prize check will be presented at the Patelco branch location nearest to the winner. If the selected winner is unable or unwilling to fulfill these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random.

Prize Drawing: The first random prize drawings will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 by 1pm PT. The prize drawing will be held at Patelco headquarters at 3 Park Place, Dublin, CA 94568. The prize winners need not be present and will be notified by e-mail by 11/17/2026. The winner must have a valid Patelco savings account and email to receive the $90 deposit and email notification. If an eligible Patelco savings account is not available, Patelco may choose to issue a gift card or check of equal value to the winner. Limit one (1) Prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. The second random prize drawings will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2026, by 1pm PT. The prize drawing will be held at Patelco headquarters at 3 Park Place, Dublin, CA 94568. The prize winners need not be present and will be notified by e-mail by 12/15/2026. Limit one (1) Prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. $9,000 Grand prize winner will be notified by phone and email.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Patelco is not responsible for any loss or damage which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes. The Entrant agrees to hold Patelco harmless from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Sweepstakes. Patelco and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives, and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded or participation in this Sweepstakes. Patelco is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Patelco reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION: Except where prohibited by law, Entrant’s entry and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to the use of an Entrant’s name, image, voice, likeness, statements, biographical information, city and state of residence and/or photographs for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes on a worldwide, in perpetuity basis, and in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, without review, permission, or further compensation or consideration.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Patelco in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law rules. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts in Alameda County in the State of California, and Entrants expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto.
