These alerts may come from different phone numbers or short codes, which may not match Patelco’s main phone number. To help you verify that a message is from Patelco, you can reference the list of authorized numbers and short codes below.
 
If you receive a suspicious message, do not respond or click any links. Instead, contact Patelco using a trusted number from your statement or the official website.
 
Important: Patelco Credit Union will NEVER text, call or email you and ask for your online banking password, PIN, or card’s 3-digit security code.

Member Service and Online Account Opening (XXXXX) Used to communicate general notices and account information and reminders to complete account documents. You may receive these texts as part of your relationship with Patelco. You are automatically enrolled in this type of text alert. You can opt-out by replying “STOP” at any time.
Business Banking (XXXXX) Used to communicate account information and reminders to complete account documents. You may receive these texts as part of your relationship with Patelco. You are automatically enrolled in this type of text alert. You can opt-out by simply replying “STOP” at any time.
Fraud Claims (XXXXX) Used to communicate information about fraud claims. You may receive these texts for fraud prevention servicing. You are automatically enrolled in this type of text alert. You can opt-out by replying “STOP” at any time.
Account Solutions (XXXXX) Used to provide payment reminders and debt services. You may receive these texts related to your account. You are automatically enrolled in this type of text alert. You can opt-out by simply replying “STOP” at any time. Message frequency varies depending on text alert type.
Marketing and Promotional (XXXXX) Used to share marketing and promotional offers. Text “START” to XXXXX to opt in. Reply “STOP” at any time to opt-out.
Loan Applications (XXXXX) Used to provide notifications regarding a loan's status and reminders to complete loan documents. You may receive these texts while your application is in process. You are automatically enrolled in this type of text alert. You can opt-out by replying “STOP” at any time
Home Loan Applications (XXXXX) Used to provide notifications regarding a loan's status and reminders to complete loan documents. You may receive these texts while your application is in process. You can opt-out by replying “STOP” at any time.
Debit or Credit Fraud Alerts (XXXXX) Used to verify debit or credit card activity that may appear unusual. You may receive these texts as a fraud-prevention tool for your card(s). You are automatically enrolled in this type of text alert. We highly recommend staying enrolled in his type of text alert; however, you can opt out by replying “STOP” at any time.
Card Management Alerts (91992) Choose your card alert preferences bin Card Management in Patelco Online™. You can receive a variety of alerts for debit or credit card transactions. Once enrolled, you can opt-in by sliding right and opt-out by sliding left.
Online Banking Alerts (91992) Patelco Online™ offers a range of account alerts to help keep you informed of your account activity. Log in to Online Banking, select Account Services, then Account Alerts and choose the category on the left side of the screen. Opt-in by sliding right and opt-out by sliding left.
